Who is Jonathan?
- JONATHAN is a lifelong resident of Jenks who dreamed of starting his own business. He founded a real estate investment company in his early 20s and worked multiple jobs to make it a reality. Having worked for Arrow Trucking, Jonathan knows the impact of a business shutting down.
- JONATHAN wants to serve the community that raised him. He spent six years working within the State Capitol to prepare himself to one day hit the ground running to make a difference.
- JONATHAN understands the realities of owning a small business, the economic impact of failing companies, and what it takes to get things done at the State Capitol.
- JONATHAN’s experience at the State Capitol included assisting with legislation that reduced the $16 Billion unfunded liability in our state pension system and dropped the number of Meth Labs in the State by 70%.
- JONATHAN grew up in this community. He remembers what it used to be, knows where it is now, and wants to play a role in what it can become.
- JONATHAN comes from a family of educators. He is the son of “Jenks Larry” Grable and Nancy Grable. His mother was a teacher at Tulsa Public Schools and currently works at Jenks Public Schools, along with his sister and cousins who are teachers. While a “lifer” at Jenks Public Schools, Jonathan earned the Boy Scout Rank of Eagle Scout and learned the importance of the Second Amendment.
- JONATHAN understands the current status of State and Tribal relations needs to be resolved. As a member of the Miami Nation, he knows we are all made better with the State and Tribes working together.
- JONATHAN also helped start a Non-profit, Martha’s Foundation, whose goal is to provide a place for teen mothers who have nowhere else to go.
WHY RUN NOW?
- We need a state government that works together, not against one another. Oklahomans should not have to pay the price of a dysfunctional legislature.
- The current national administration has failed our nation and our economy. State leaders need to implement legislation that protects small businesses. We are the backbone of every community in the state.
- Oklahomans deserve a candidate that represents them, not the political establishment.
- Elected leaders should listen to those they represent, not those with the deepest pockets.
Mission
- Will Stand up to Federal government overreach.
- Will work to stop the ever-increasing influx of illegal immigrants in Oklahoma and the resulting drug and human trafficking.
- Supports the 2nd Amendment.
- Supports law enforcement.
- Will CUT TAXES for the average Oklahoman.
- There is no tax dollar that did not come from someone’s pocket. We must be responsible for the people’s money.
- Prioritize state roads and highways with improvements to grow our state for future generations.
- Provide a quality education accessible for every student in Oklahoma, Pre-K through Graduate.
- Support an education system that prepares students whether they want to enter college or the workforce.
